Craig Tooker’s cover reveal

We thought you may like to see how Craig Tooker’s new book, “Fish Head” will look.

Craig’s memoir describes his days as a professional fisherman and the photo is one he took from the boat in the waters off Sydney.

Here’s an excerpt from the coming book:

“Ocky pulled the boat out of gear and cut the motor. It was then that we were met with a barrage of tuna that approached the boat with such speed that I thought they would leap out of the water, straight past us, and onto the deck.

The poling soon built up to a furious pace and stripies were raining onto the deck as Rob and I mastered the knack of getting each fish off the barbless hook, whilst airborne, so as to have the squid back in the water before the last fish hit the deck.”

“Fish Head” will be published soon in paperback, Large Print and ebook editions.

“Victoria has been so patient even when I’m obsessing about something late into a Sunday night (book cover colour). She must have a degree in psychology and remaining calm under fire. I’m delighted with the final result and should I ever be moved to write another memoir, Ant Press would be my choice.”
